I'm getting an "IO Error" when I try to share my report to Outlook.

This is an issue with the permissions set for the Outlook app. To fix this, go to your Device Settings, then go to Apps and select Outlook. Now find and tap on Permissions and make sure the Storage permission is switched on. Next, tap on Additional Permissions and switch "Read Email Attachments" on as well.
